The intention is to get a “digital hub” connected by fibre optics in every area by 2015.

Organisers of last week’s huge illegal rave in London say the phenomenon is driven by the lawlessness of the web and the politics of opposition Down inside a disused building in central London, its ground floor the size of an aircraft hangar, the rigs were almost ready.
