All packages I provide are tailored to individual businesses – but below you will find details of a typical package.

1. Content Management System – so you can make changes to your website. Being able to change the content of your website when you want is extremely valuable. You will have the ability to create any amount of extra pages, blogs and news feeds, as well as being able to upload photos, videos and music. You name it – you can add it yourself – and we will be here to assist you.

2. 4 hours of training for you or your staff on how to update the website, search engine optimisation techniques and marketing advice.

3. Custom design suitable for your business – fully standards compliant and search engine optimised. We design websites that work for your business – employing the latest tactics that will get your site found by people.

4. Email and telephone support. We are here to support you on any questions you have to do with running your website including marketing advice – we are here to help.

5. Hosting and email set-up with absolutely no limits! Other companies would charge £50 per month just for this hosting (this is where your website lives) We also help you set-up and manage all your email addresses you require. We don’t put any limits on what you can have.

6. Full suite of analytical reports so we can build your business online together. From day one of your website going live we track all visitors to your website. We install Google Analytics’s, the worlds most powerful analytical tool that tells you everything you need to know, and you will receive a report every month in your inbox (weekly or daily if your really want). By knowing where your visitors are coming from, what they are looking at and the thousands of other metrics recorded, we can tailor the content and structure of your site to make it the work the best for your business.

7. Option of maintenance contract. For example £30 per month gets you 12 hours per year of updates and maintenance – we will keep your website up to date with content provided by you, and provide system updates that keeps your website secure. The average update takes 15 to 30 minutes – so you are looking at 24 to 48 updates per year.
